Hotel cancellation policy
In order to avoid any cancellation fees, please make sure your reservation is canceled on, or before, January 28, 2025. Reservations canceled after this date are subject to the following penalties:
- January 29 – February 11th - $50 cancel fee
- February 12 – up to arrival - $100 cancel fee
** This is in addition to any hotel cancellation policies and are nonrefundable

It has come to our attention that unauthorized housing companies have been contacting DISTRIBUTECH® exhibitors and attendees via email and phone and in general, misrepresenting themselves as an official housing vendor for DISTRIBUTECH®.
The only official housing company for DISTRIBUTECH® is Connections Housing. All other companies do not have any affiliation with DISTRIBUTECH®. We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, DISTRIBUTECH® management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.
