SPEAKERS

As Head of US Marketing and Strategy Activities, including strategy development, product line marketing, key industry segments and industry affairs, Norm drives connections from the company to its customers and from the industry to ABB.   He is a senior operating and commercial executive with diverse leadership experience in P&L management, global marketing, acquisitions and divestitures, product line leadership, business integration and sales management.  He is an Electrical Engineer and certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
 

Nicole joined ABB in June 2022 as Director of University Relations, Early Talent and Employer for the US and America’s. In this role, she has responsibility over how ABB goes to campus, selection of Tier 1 universities, D&I activities and goals, programming for all early talent related hires and employer branding for early talent and professional hires.  Nicole is passionate about university recruiting and early talent, and enjoys the competitive nature of this space.  She lives in Cleveland, OH with her wife, Erin, son Anthony, daughter Celia and Sheepadoodle Dottie. She enjoys traveling, cooking, cycling and hiking in her free time.
 

Sydney graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.  She completed ABB’s rotational program where she has held roles in Utility Sales, Government Sales and Relations, and EV Charging Infrastructure Segment. She currently serves as a Sales Specialist in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure segment.  Additionally, Sydney is the co-conference chair for ABB’s participation at SWE.  When she is not at work, Sydney enjoys singing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
