Twenty-three years of industry experience in Power System Design, T&D Planning, System Operations, Tariff Administration, NERC Compliance, Process Improvement, Financial Analysis/Business Case Development, Smart Grid, AMI and Customer Service. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power System Emphasis) from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri S&T), Master's in Electrical Engineering (Power System Emphasis) from Kansas State University, Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.  Licensed Professional Engineer in Nebraska and Oklahoma.
