Abdulrahman Kargbo have a master’s degree in Power System Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA, in 2022. Prior to joining Pepco, he was an electrical engineer at Addax Bioenergy, Sierra Leone. He joined Pepco in 2017 with the New Business team, before transitioning to DER team as a senior engineer. Since January 2024, he is the Manager for DER Planning and Advanced Analytics at PHI leading a team working on DER adoption and hosting capacity study, load forecasting, EV adoption and its load impact study.
