With the Commercial Advisory & Strategy group at Infrastructure Ontario (IO), Anthony manages key relationships with all parties involved in the planning and delivery of priority infrastructure projects, driving clarity and consistency for delivery partners to reduce time spent, costs, and barriers to construction.  He has led technical working group sessions with a diverse range of industry experts, including internet service providers, electricity distributors, contractors, municipalities, and government ministries. The outcomes of these sessions informed changes to legislation and regulation, guidance materials and other interventions to remove barriers to construction of broadband projects and ensure deployment remains a critical priority for Ontario.  Anthony works alongside world-class procurement specialists, leveraging the latest research, and industry and academic partnerships, to help achieve the Government of Ontario’s nearly $4 billion commitment to connect every region in Ontario to reliable, high-speed internet by the end of 2025.
