Brandon Young, a member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity incorporated, serves as President & CEO of Young Management & Consulting (YMC). Mr. Young traveled a more traditional route, having graduated from college with a bachelors in electrical engineering from Auburn University then moving into corporate America. During those years, Brandon worked for a few large corporations. What really changed Brandon’s purposes was when he transitioned from being an employee to a business owner and started Young Management & Consulting and pushing YMC from a start up to a fully functional small business in 2019.

Brandon is a certified project management professional with a masters in engineering construction management from the University of Alabama Birmingham. Since 2019 Young Management and Consulting has generated over $50M in revenue and grown to over 85 team members. Per Mr. Young “Do great things and great things will follow”

His years of success in the energy, infrastructure and technology industries have allowed him the skills and experience to maintain a steady path to success for himself, his staff, vendors, and all who #WORKWITHYOUNG.

Mr. Young was recognized by Auburn University's Alumni Council as a 20 Under 40 recipient in 2022 and Outstanding Young Engineering by Auburn University Sammuel Ginn College of Engineering in 2023. 

Mr. Young provides a valuable blend of leadership and creativity to maximize trade partner relationships while developing a trusted network of reliable resources. Brandon has proven and continues prove he is more than capable to achieve any goal placed in front of him.
