Carlos Carazo currently serves as the Managing Director of Digital Grid Services at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the nation's largest electric utilities. A seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience, Carlos plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the advancement and evolution of SCE's grid modernization strategy, laying the foundation for the grid of tomorrow. Leading a diverse and dynamic team, Carlos oversees the planning, delivery, architecture, engineering, and operations of SCE's private telecommunications infrastructure and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems as well as the NERC CIP programs and operations of cyber tools in support of the electric grid. These critical systems play an important role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of approximately 900 substations spread across SCE's vast 50,000 square-mile territory. He is also responsible for SCE's Carrier Solutions business that leases dark fiber to many customers in the South
