Carlos is a Principle Technical Product Manager for IBM Maximo in the Sustainability Software business.  Focusing on the AI enhanced processes for operational support and asset reliability using Maximo Monitor, Health, Predict and Utilities offerings.  He was formerly the IBM Cloud Developer Services Product Manager.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a master’s degree in engineering from Northeastern University. He is based London UK.  He is a licensed professional engineer in Massachusetts with 21 years of experience in software development field. HIs technical expertise includes AI, Microservices, Services Oriented Architectures, Web and Mobile Development using Java, Python and JavaScript.  He has practiced, written, and presented extensively on AI, Agile, DevOps, and application lifecycle management practices.
