With more than a decades experience at San Antonio Water System, Cecilia Velasquez started her career in finance and has most recently transitioned to Vice President of customer experience and strategic initiatives including the Connect H2O AMI program which is currently ahead of the deployment schedule.  As a board member for multiple non-profit organizations in the metro San Antonio area, Cecilia carries her passion for customer experience into the non-profit sector.
