 Charlotte Johnson is Chief of Staff and Global Head of Markets at Kraken, part of the Octopus Energy Group. Kraken is a cloud-based technology platform that uses machine learning and AI to control and optimize distributed energy resources such as batteries, EVs and heat pumps in response to real-time fluctuations in demand and supply from intermittent renewable generation.
