Cody has been the Senior Engineering Manager, Distribution and Grid Modernization at Electric Power Engineers, Inc. for the last four years.  In this role, he facilitates the deployment of renewable energy technologies to improve the reliability of the distribution system using the most economically efficient means available. He is constantly working to develop my skills to continue working towards that purpose. Prior to joining EPE, Cody worked for Ameren as a DER Integration Engineer, where he was responsible for DER Interconnection Policies, Non-Wires Alternative Development, DER Value Framework Development, Hosting Capacity, and DER System Impact AnalysisResponsible for DER Interconnection Policies, Non-Wires Alternative Development, DER Value Framework Development, Hosting Capacity, and DER System Impact Analysis. He also served as a Division Engineer, where he was responsible for management of a geographic area, including distribution system planning, protection coordination, DER impact studies, new project development and justification, project design and management, technical and reliability complaint handling.
