Colin is a seasoned engineering and management professional with 20 years of experience spanning energy planning, power engineering, finance, policy, and regulation.

As the General Manager of Future Grid and Asset Management at Endeavour Energy, Colin leads initiatives to harness technology and innovative business models to improve customer energy choices and ensure accessibility for all. He oversees asset planning, performance, and design, driving long-term strategies that position Endeavour Energy as a leader in modernising the electricity network into a platform of customer energy services. Colin’s leadership has been instrumental in delivering solutions like flexible connections and community batteries across New South Wales, enhancing service reliability and supporting long-term future energy needs.

Previously, Colin led Endeavour Energy’s regulatory team, developing customer-focused investment strategies and fostering effective stakeholder engagement. Known for his advocacy of innovation, collaboration, and co-design, he works closely with electricity consumers, policymakers, and key stakeholders to navigate Australia’s evolving energy landscape. Colin is also committed to supporting the growth of Greater Western Sydney as a hub for innovation and sustainable urban development.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) and is finalising a Master of Business Administration. He is a member of Engineers Australia and the Asset Management Council of Australia.
