Colin Gibbs leads Sense’s work with utilities and the business relationships with our meter partners. Prior to Sense, Colin was the head of Strategy and Growth at Bidgely. He spent the decade before that working in demand side management, bringing new products and services to market and supporting utility regulatory and policy initiatives around North America. Colin has built and managed customer programs for over 40 different utility companies around the world, primarily in the US, Canada, and Japan. In the US, he has testified on behalf of utilities in front of Public Utility Commissions and led program design and benefits modeling in support of utility resource planning.
