Dave Karafa is the Executive Vice President of Orbital's national utility operations with experience in distribution operations, grid hardening initiatives, and ADMS implementation. Dave offers over 40 years of industry experience as a former executive at an investor-owned utility, the former Chair of the National Response Executive Committee, and the Southeastern Electric Exchange Engineering and Operations Executive Committee.
