Dean Hengst is the Senior Director of IT Applications at Arizona Public Service. He oversees the 4 major areas, Enterprise Business Solutions, Customer Solutions, Palo Verde Information Technology, and Energy Business Solutions, which includes T&D operation technology such as EMS and ADMS. Dean has extensive experience in IT, IT Architecture, and Analytics, and he joined APS in August of 2022. Dean holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the University of Houston.
