Don has over 30 years of communications experience in areas such as Fiber Optic Communications, Wireless Communication, IP Networking, Utility Communications, IED Management, Fleet Management, Distribution Automation, SCADA, NERC CIP Compliance.  Don has spent the last 23 years working for PPL Electric Utilities in Allentown Pennsylvania.  He has led teams in building PPLTelcom, IT Network Operations, AMI Rollouts, Substation SCADA.
