Donny Helm is a technology consultant with Cornerstone Consulting Services LLC and a focus on Electric Transmission, Distribution, and Customer technology solutions.  For the past four years, he has provided technology strategy and architectural oversight with respect to the successful deployment of Oncor’s new Transmission EMS.  

Prior to retirement from Oncor Electric Delivery, he was Director of Technology, Strategy and Architecture for Oncor and responsible for providing and managing Oncor’s technology strategy and solution architects with respect to systems, information, systems integration, network communication, telecommunication, digital security, and other areas.  He has also assumed several roles throughout Oncor in the areas of Distribution Engineering, Customer Service and Marketing, Transmission Operations, Transmission Performance Analysis and Technology.  

Donny received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
