Douglas has over 25 years of experience within digitalization in the energy industry, with a focus on sales, consulting, and delivery of complex projects. Douglas has trained as a Chemical Engineer (McMaster University, 1997) and holds an MBA (HEC Montréal, 2005). Currently, he is the Chief Customer Officer for eSmart Systems.
