Elder Romero has over 22 years of experience in the electric power industry mainly on Distribution Engineering, Distribution Planning, Reliability and Power Quality.  Elder is currently the Manager of the Planning Innovation and Development team for Avangrid focusing on development of new software tools and applications, automation of power flow processes and standardization of Engineering guides and Planning criteria.
