Evan Pittman is a partner at Energy Impact Partners (EIP), a $4 billion global investment platform leading the charge toward a cleaner, more reliable, more affordable energy future. 

Evan oversees the operations of EIP's global research and innovation (R&I) team. R&I is responsible for engageing EIP's network of 80+ corporate partners to develop and share unique market insight, build community and support the commercial deployment of technologies in the EIP portfolio.

Evan has nearly two decades' experience in strategy and go-to-market roles in the utility and clean energy sectors. Prior to joining EIP, Evan was director of Strategy and Business Development for Comverge, an early pioneer in demand response technology acquired by Itron in 2017. There, he led efforts to bring new distributed energy managment products to market. He began his career with the Battle Group as a strategic and economic advisor to utilities and power market operators.

He holds an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA with highest honors in economics and mathmatics from Emory University. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
