Falguni Shah is Director, Customer Connections & Key Account Services at Toronto Hydro Electric Systems Ltd., a power distribution utility in Ontario, Canada. With a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in power systems, Falguni has worked in the electric utility industry for more than 25 years. Falguni is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario. She has extensive experience in smart grid, distribution system automation and modeling, SCADA communication, interconnection of distributed resources with remote monitoring and control, data management to quantify power system reliability, and the planning and operation of reliable distribution systems. She also has in-depth experience providing strategic and people leadership; managing customer experience for large and complex accounts, direct operational experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, and building, and leading teams.
