Hilary Worrell has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry.  From June 2018 to November 2020, Hilary served as Senior Manager at Oncor responsible for Smart Grid Communications and Controls, and as Director of Networks responsible for Smart Grid Communications and Controls since November 2020.  Prior to joining Oncor in 2018, Hilary worked at management consulting companies and advised clients, including Oncor, on the implementation of various strategic communication technology programs, including network infrastructure, telecommunications, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.  Hilary received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010.
