Jaime De La Ree leads an operations technology group dedicated to developing new engineering capabilities for the breadth of the transmission organization. Focused on incubating strategically valuable new business technology, Jaime's team is comprised of power systems engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and an array of data storytelling experts. Today, his team is tackling challenges ranging from incubating synchrophasor enabled capabilities, building low-cost automated dashboards and data products, and enabling an emerging new load forecasting capability for the organization. Before joining Dominion, Jaime worked in technology start-ups and most recently in consulting services focused on enabling data practices in large scale enterprises.
