James started his career with Orange & Rockland Utilities in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative for the Customer Assistance department. Shortly after, James moved onto the Customer Accounting team under the same organization within the Company. In 2013 James took the skills he learned from the Customer Assistance organization and applied it to his role in Retail Access within the Energy Services department. In 2017, James was selected to be part of the Advance Meter Infrastructure team (AMI), where his primary focus was on Customer Engagement. After the Company’s AMI project was completed, James transitioned over to the Distributed Resource Integration team, where he contributed to Non-Wire Alternative projects such as battery storage and Electric Vehicle Programs.
