Jeffrey Groenewold
At Rayburn, Jeff collaborates with members, strategically determining future system needs for distributed energy resources (DERs), demand response (DR), and flexible controllable loads. He is instrumental in establishing system-wide planning, logic, structure, and standards for Rayburn's DER and DR assets. Expertise extends to modeling and evaluating the integration of various DER and DR technology types, applying technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to drive successful projects and activities.
Holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in Electric Utility Management and Public Utility Regulation and Economics from New Mexico State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University
