Joel Hutson is the manager of Meter Operations at Tampa Electric Company with oversight of $90M in electric assets and leads a diverse team of both craft and exempt employees. Joel has over 30 years of utility experience and graduated from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Leadership and Change Management. He also earned the King O'Neal Scholar Award for academic performance.
