Joseph Teng is an Energy Efficiency Services Manager with Austin Energy. In this capacity, Joseph oversees program operations, manages staff, and develops new strategies and offerings. Prior to joining Austin Energy, Joseph was a Research Fellow for the Office of Energy Policy & Systems Analysis at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
