Juan is a Research, Development and Innovation Project Manager at TAESA, one of the largest private power transmission companies in Brazil. Prior to TAESA, Juan worked at ISA CTEEP - a trasmission company located in the state of São Paulo, supporting project implementations in the areas of maintenance engineering and physical asset management. Juan holds a B.S. Mechanical Engineering (Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Brazil), specialization in Business Management (Fundação Dom Cabral, Brazil) and originally started his career in the automotive industry.
