Katelynn Vance is the Manager of Electric Transmission Planning & Strategic Initiatives with Dominion Energy. In this role, she oversees both operational and planning teams that focus on solving problems that are not traditionally addressed elsewhere in the company. 

Since joining Dominion Energy in 2014, she spent six years in the System Operations Center (SOC) on the Operational Planning team as an engineer. She received her MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and her BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
