As Director, Talent Management for Oncor, Kim leads both Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.  She brings over 25 years experience leading global teams in multiple Fortune 50 companies, as well as standing up the talent function for several smaller companies.  Having been in multiple industries from Hi-Tech to Financial Services, Kim brings a unique perspective to navigating talent challenges.  Through strong collaboration with business leaders, Kim's team had driven significant transformation in the 18 months she has been at Oncor.
