Kim Darling is the Customer Partner Executive of the of the Chemical, Energy & Utility Market in Kyndryl North America.  An accomplished technology services executive, she manages Energy & Utilities pursuits and relationships within the market and is responsible for delivering technology services commitments for Energy & Utilities. Kim develops business with a team of highly skilled professional Partners, Consultants and Technologists who are transforming how clients do business and serve their clients. She delivers services by proactively solving business issues and improving processes while effectively managing costs and mitigating risks with a global team of Technologists. Her expertise extends to solution and delivery excellence in the areas of digital reinvention, application development, infrastructure management and next generation cloud EA and migration.

Kim joined IBM/Kyndryl in 2017 as a Portfolio Executive in the Communications organization. She has spent her career in diverse sales, consulting and delivery leadership roles across IBM, DXC, HPE, EDS, providing clients with solutions to their most complex and critical business/technical challenges. Most recently, Kim has been engaged in developing business for three of the largest E&U firms in North America as well as delivering on commitments for key clients.  

In her spare time, Kim enjoys traveling, skiing (snow/water), boating and spending time with her extended family at their home in Colorado.  Kim earned her MBA at University of Colorado.
