Kirby is a Senior Manager in the People Consulting at Ernst & Young LLP. She has over ten years of professional experience leading transformation efforts in the energy industry helping clients meet their business and people objectives.

Kirby has advised and partnered with clients to design and establish new business units to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives, define and execute end-to-end change management efforts for large-scale implementations of distribution systems and new customer products and supporting technology, build data visualizations, and lead  in-house change management offices.
