Laticia Holbert, Senior Manager, Workforce Development is responsible for leading workforce development strategy, logistics and programming.  
Laticia Holbert is dedicated to removing barriers to decrease unemployment and underemployment, and ensuring a highly skilled, diverse workforce for the utility sector. She has 20 years of experience in corporate training, career and professional development planning, championing diversity and inclusion efforts, leading employee resource groups and supporting business development efforts. She has been coined by her peers as the connector of people and things.  Laticia is always looking at the big picture, pulling talents and gifts while championing people to live their authentic self.   
As the Sr. Manager, Workforce Development at ComEd she develops, manages, and evaluates high profile, complex programs and initiatives. She has helped ComEd employ the highest number of graduates from its workforce training programs since 2013 and lead a team of staff across ComEd that developed four new workforce programs. These programs provide training to job seekers, over $800,000 in scholarships to students enrolled in STEM, and provide workforce organizations with volunteer and grant opportunities. In addition, with Laticia’s support, ComEd has modified its hiring practices to eliminate barriers to employment. This has included revamping assessment guidelines and providing resources to job seekers including interview guides and one-day clinics which offer an opportunity for applicants to practice the ComEd’s physical assessments.
