Len Socha works for Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPS), a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, as the Project and Process Manager in Wisconsin System Operations.  Len is the client lead of the InService Outage Management System and the ARCOS Callout System.  Len is actively involved in the Electric Operations Technology Project replacing legacy SCADA and outage managements systems with the Schneider Electric ADMS.  Len has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
