As a Commercial Projects Manager at Infrastructure Ontario’s Commercial Advisory & Strategy team, Lisa focuses on platforms and data. She oversees the development and operation of Broadband One Window (BOW), a cornerstone of Ontario's multi-billion-dollar investment in high-speed internet connectivity. BOW is a Digital Twin – a virtual representation of physical infrastructure, aimed at enabling seamless planning, coordination, data sharing and deployment of new infrastructure. She also plays a key role in IO’s Digital Twin Initiative, prioritizing use cases across asset classes.
Lisa’s leadership is defined by her expertise in pioneering integrations of key government systems, managing complex projects, and collaborating with senior officials—highlighting her commitment to advancing digital innovation for Ontarians through strategic planning and execution.
Lisa, an honoree of the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women Award, is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment and sits on the Women's Nonprofit Network as a Board Director.
