Luke Johnson has served the Electric Coops in Illinois for the last twenty-five years in various roles beginning as an apprentice lineman and over the last six years as General Manager. Over the course of his career he has seen demand response implimented, done away with and now back in the game. He and his wife along with their six children live in Southern Illinois.  As General Manager of Tri-County Electric Cooperative it is his goal to find cost effective measures to assist members with keeping rates stable and the lights on. "Technology when used in its proper context is beneficial to everyone, but it has to be accessible and user friendly".
