Mark Procaccio is a senior engineer with the Voltage Optimization (VO) Group at ComEd who joined the company back in 2016 with a BS in Engineering Physics from DePaul University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.  Before joining the VO Group in 2020, he was a Testing & Commissioning field engineer that focused primarily on SCADA communications at both transmission and distribution level substations.  He now spearheads the Voltage Optimization program as the lead engineer for operations and is responsible for commissioning, automating, and maintaining the inbound telemetry from field devices to the VO database where the data is stored and evaluated, providing feedback to the algorithms that constitute the VO program.
