Mathieu CARLUER is a seasoned professional in the DSO sector, bringing 15 years of experience in smart grid deployment, operational business unit management, and corporate-level project management in both France and international settings.
Recently, he led the ASGARD Smart-grid project at Enedis, Europe's largest DSO, resulting in the establishment of 25 centralized LV control centers. His responsibilities included designing new business processes, tools, training programs, workstations, HR policies, change management, and overseeing deployment.
In addition, Mathieu has extensive expertise in MV grid automation, particularly in ADMS, FLISR, DERMS, and operator training systems. He currently provides his services to utilities worldwide.
