Max Parness is the Senior Manager for Grid Services at Toyota North America. In this role, he works to improve the driver’s home charging experience and the value of EVs to the grid. He leads Toyota North America's overall vehicle-grid integration strategy and execution, including products, partnerships, and growth. Previously, Max worked in research and regulatory roles at Toyota and as a management consultant to utilities. Max holds a Master’s in Technology and Policy from MIT and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, with 17 patents related to EV charging and grid optimization.
