Speakers

A graduate from Queen's University, Michael holds a BScE in Engineering Physics, founded GCC Labs Ltd. in Kingston, ON in 2013.  He has experience in technical engineering, product development, and project management and has been a part of many electrical power system projects in the utility, mining and steel industries. Generally involved throughout the full project lifecycle, Michael has seen projects from preliminary and feasibility engineering, through detailed design, to overseeing construction and participating in startup and commissioning.  Having a strong technical background and experience in consulting engineering, he draws energy from taking on new and challenging problems on a regular basis!
