Milayn Dark graduated from North Carolina State University in May 2021 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Milayn began her journey with ABB in June 2021 as a member of the Discovery Early Career Rotational Program. Within two years in the program, Milayn completed three rotations covering ABB's Process Automation and Electrification business areas. Her roles included Global Business Strategist, Quality Specialist, and Global NPI Launch Project Manager. Milayn has a true passion for DEI&B and mentoring and shows immense leadership within ABB's employee resource groups. Milayn serves as President of ABB's Society of Women Engineers group, and she is a North Carolina Chapter Leader for ABB's Encompass Black Professionals network. Milayn's current role within ABB's Utility Sales organization is Product Marketing Specialist MV Apparatus Outdoor Products.
