Nedra Hurley is the Vice President of Utility Accounts for ABB's US EL Sales and Marketing Organization, where she leads a team of account managers and independent sales reps.  Since joining ABB in 2001, Hurley has held various customer-facing roles, including serving as the Strategic Account Manager for Duke Energy.  HEr leadership in the past eight years has resulted in 100% employee retention, which she attributes to her empatchic leadership style and dedication to creating a diverse culture.   Passionate about developing talent, she activel y mentors and sponsors over 15 internal and external professionals.  Hurley is committed to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams.  A graduate of Ohio University and Cleveland State University in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management.   Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family which includes her two granddaughers.     Additionally, she serves on the board of Utility Supply Management Alliance and was the past Executive Sponsor for ABB's Encompass Pride ERG.
