Nicole Hudnet

Industry Segment Advisor, T-Mobile for Business

With more than 27 years of experience in the industry, Nicole is the primary lead for the T-Mobile Emergency Response Program. As an inaugural member of the Nextel Emergency Response Team in 2001, Nicole has been part of each ERT from Nextel to Sprint and now with T-Mobile and has seen first-hand the important role that communications have played throughout the evolution of Emergency Response.  She has provided critical communications in support of public safety response efforts during high profile incidents such as the Salt Lake City Olympics, the Alaskan Airlines plane crash in 2000, the response and recovery efforts following 9/11, natural disasters including Hurricane Katrina in 2005 to more current incidents in Uvalde, TX in 2022 and the Maui Wildfires in 2023.  Her uncanny ability to understand the needs of the Public Safety community is imperative when directing the T-Mobile response to both planned and unplanned events. She works closely with all entities within the company to ensure a rapid, reliable, and robust response is put in place when and where it is needed. During a deployment Nicole works hand in hand with our network teams to prioritize restoration of impacted sites where public safety needs it the most. She also plays a pivotal role in directing where the T-Mobile fleet of deployable assets (SatCOLTs/SatCOWs) are needed while network restoration is in progress and also coordinates with the T-Mobile Community Support team providing direction on where the most good can be done.
