Noel Crisostomo leads transportation deployment and infrastructure policy for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Policy. Prior to joining DOE, Noel led electric vehicle charging infrastructure assessment and technology standardization at the California Energy Commission and designed vehicle-grid integration regulations at the California Public Utilities Commission. Noel holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Earth Systems from Stanford University.
