Oxana Dankova is the global leader for the Energy Networks segment for Boston Consulting Group. Oxana has been with BCG since 2006, supporting clients across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Australia. She has extensive experience shaping strategies and leading transformation programs for global energy businesses to help them deliver sustainable impact and drive energy transition. 

Oxana is a founding member of BCG's Network Transformation Services (NeTS) team, which, since 2015, has been focusing on transformation of energy network businesses. As the global leader for the Energy Networks business segment, she works with BCG teams supporting network companies to enable the energy transition.

Oxana’s pre-BCG experience includes construction sector operations, supporting a major power sector reform, and her PhD in institutional economics.
