Patrick Shell is Director, Asset Management for Tampa Electric. Since joining Tampa Electric in 1998, he has help multiple leadership positions in areas ranging from Environmental Planning, repowering of the Bayside Power Station, Operations Planning, Generation Planning and Asset Management for Energy Supply, Transmission, Substation and Distribution. Shell received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Florida, Master of Environmental Engineering and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.  He is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Florida.
