As the Manager of Digital Customer Experience, I’m responsible for the overall digital strategy at PNM. I’ve been helping to shape the customer experience for the PNM Time-of-Day pilot since before it was approved by the NMPRC in Jan. of this year and helped implement the Bidgely TOD solution for our customers. I’ve been with PNM for just over 17 years. I’m UX Certified by the Nielsen Norman Group and have a master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in human factors psychology.
