Speakers

Paulette is an Environmental Scientist at the Kentucky Division of Water. She began her career with the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection working in the Water Quality and Watershed Management Branches for 13 years before working as Director of the Division of Compliance Assistance and the Division of Conservation. She returned to the Division of Water in 2023 to work in the Gulf Hypoxia Program. Paulette is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she earned a B.S. degree in Biology and an M.S. degree in Applied Ecology.
