Reza is an Executive Consultant at ESTA International.  His areas of expertise and consultation include technologies on decarbonization such as Generation Management Systems (GMS), Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Distributed Energy Resources Management Systems (DERMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), ISO/RTO market systems, Smart City/Smart Grid, and disaster management.  In addition, He has many years of experience on Renewable Energy systems integration and commissioning.

Reza is a professional engineer in the state of Texas and has a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering - Power field from University of Washington.
