Rick Glover is the Director of Intelligent Grid Services (iGrid) within the Digital Transformation organization at Duke Energy and has 25 years of electric utility experience. Rick’s current portfolio includes Data Products and Applications that focus on Grid Data Analytics, Demand Forecasting, Advanced Distribution Planning, and Electrification in support of Duke Energy’s 2050 “zero carbon” goal. Under his leadership, his teams leverage technologies such as AI, ML, deep learning, cloud computing and IoT to push the company in new, innovative directions.  Rich began his career with Accenture within the Resources operating unit, where he served clients like: National Grid, Southern Company and Duke Energy. After joining Duke Energy, he managed the portfolios for Customer Services applications, Demand Response, and AMI/DMD.
